Softera Oy is a Finnish software company.
In business Softera develops and maintains critical business support systems for electronic transactions, product/contract management and invoicing. We help our customers succeed by developing information systems for multi-channel customer encounter and sales.
Softera Oy was founded in summer 2007, when two Finnish IT companies merged. Founders were TTM-Tieto Oy (founded in 1999), which was a service company providing telecommunications information systems, and Softera Solutions Oy (founded in 1992), which focused on strategic partnerships and electronic transaction solutions.
Softera has operations in three cities in Finland – Espoo, Kuopio and Seinäjoki.
The company is owned by Finnish Telecom companies (part of Finnet Group).
